The Medical Waiver and Media Release form will be signed on behalf of all 4 team members by the team organizer.  HERE is a copy of the Medical Waiver HERE is a copy of the Media Release Waiver.

Tournament Information: 

Reversible Jerseys will be provided by Alberta Basketball for each team.  

Available Food at the Venues	Tournament Prizing and give Away's
Booster Juice is open at the Dow Centre open 9am - 8pm	Legacy Jewellers is providing Custom Made Basketball pendant and chain to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd teams in each division
The Canteen will be open at St. Andre Bessette High School from 10am -4pm	All Teams will be entered for a draw prize as they register.  Draw Prizes will be given out throughout the tournament
